The Gift of Giving

This is a long exposure shot I took from my bedroom last month on a very cold night. If you have a roof above you, you are very blessed. In my evening runs around town here and in other cities (Namely London and New York), the number of quivering homeless people sleeping on the streets was appalling.

We think that there is not much that we could do to help, but there is. This week I decided to give away the clothing items that I do not wear often give them to homeless people. Even if you are lucky enough to live in a city with practically no homeless people (at least not visibly, then there are still people you can give away these items to (In the case of the Middle East: The janitor/watchman, the delivery guys, road cleaners, the guys taking care of landscaping etc. etc.).
